He quickly and accurately identified the problem, emailed a quote, and performed the work. Another company told me that they didn't make my door panels anymore (false) and that I'd need to replace the entire door (false). Peter knew right away that I only needed 1 new panel, knew where to source it, and made sure it was a perfect match.
