He said there maybe a problem when the frame was ripped out that the floor may not be level.There was a problem receiving my check we worked it out. Brian did a great job installing the door and frame. There was a problem when they ripped out the frame. Brian was on time and was working on the hottest day we had. The floor was not level. Peter said he would come back and reseal the door. I had it leveled and Peter had Gregg reseal.

We are very happy with our new doors. We chose the shaker flat style in black.

They answered my request for quote promptly and also coming in person to make sure what we wanted. We scheduled an install date and the installer was prompt, courteous and answered any questions we had. The installer went above and beyond even moving items out of the garage which my husband planned on doing before he arrived.

The sales tech showed up when they said he would, explained everything clearly, showed me my options and I had my estimate the next morning.
They install was scheduled within the timeframe the sales tech promised, and they sent me a reminder email a few days ahead of time to make sure I was ready.
And the installation itself went great. The installer was friendly, quick, did a great job, and made sure to explain everything clearly.
